Thank you for supporting our handmade shop. Each of our home and body scented products is carefully handcrafted in small batches. Because of the nature of handmade and personal-use items, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an issue is determined to be the fault of our shop.
If There Is a Problem With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed to be our error, we will make it right by offering one of the following:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
Important Notes About Handmade Scented Products
Because our products are handmade and fragranced:
- Slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
- Scent preference is subjective, so we cannot offer refunds if a fragrance is not to your personal liking.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Personal scent preference
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of our products
