Thank you for shopping with Shantel Scented Collections. All of our home and body scented products are handmade in small batches with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Because our products are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary during high order periods.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. If a package is lost or delayed, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging. In some cases, the shipping carrier may require inspection of the product and packaging as part of their claim process. Keeping the item and packaging helps ensure the claim can be properly reviewed and resolved.
Failure to retain the damaged item and packaging may affect our ability to process a replacement or claim with the shipping carrier.
