Handmade Products
All products from Shantel Scented Collections are handmade in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, design, and scent strength may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Product Use
Our home and body scented products are intended for their specified use only. Body products are for external use only. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and performing a patch test before full use, especially if they have sensitive skin or allergies.

Shantel Scented Collections is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or sensitivities that may occur from the use of our products.

Product Labels & Instructions

All Shantel Scented Collections products include ingredient lists, usage instructions, and safety information on the product label (located on the back or bottom of the product). Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions and ingredient information provided on the product packaging before use.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please carefully review the ingredient list prior to using the product. Performing a patch test before full use is recommended for body products.

Shantel Scented Collections is not responsible for reactions, misuse, or issues resulting from failure to read and follow the instructions and ingredient information provided on the product label.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including product selection and shipping address, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products as needed.

Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only provided if an issue is determined to be the fault of our shop, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Shantel Scented Collections is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly if these issues occur.

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Customers should not discard damaged items, as the shipping carrier may require the product and packaging for inspection.

Limitation of Liability
By purchasing from Shantel Scented Collections, customers agree that the company will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
